My experience at this hotel was extremely frustrating. Upon arrival, the room I was first assigned had a heater that didn't work. After being moved to another room, I encountered a flashing light issue that kept me awake half the night—desperate times required my husband to play mechanic to fix it himself. To top it off, the lack of communication from the front desk regarding these issues only amplified my disappointment.
